ABOUT CROSS TOWN BOXING

The general purposes for which this Corporation/Organization has been established Crosstown Boxing shall be operated exclusively for/to this non-profit organization uses of boxing and fitness to empower at risk youth to help them feel physically and mentally strong, our non-profit purpose is to promote discipline, friendship, fairplay and respect for the community especially young people providing a safe year-round environment that youth can go to train outside of "normal" sports.. In addition, this Corporation/Organization has been formed for the purpose of performing all things incidental to, or appropriate in, the foregoing specific and primary purposes. However, the Corporation/Organization shall not, except to an insubstantial degree, engage in any activity or the exercise of any powers which are not in furtherance of its primary non-profit purposes.
